Group Corporate Structure
The management of The Phoenix Natural Gas Group is structured to reflect the Company's business activities, covering natural gas supply, transmission & distribution as well as maintenance and servicing. These companies are supported by group services covering the Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Corporate Affairs and Procurement functions.
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the Group's strategic direction and effective control and running of the company. Day-to-day operational matters across the business are managed and controlled by Management Teams, comprised of Directors and senior managers in each of the Group's businesses. The teams are responsible for operational decisions and the effective functioning of the principal activities within the Group.
