Phoenix enter talks on sale of transmission pipeline.
Phoenix Energy Holdings Limited (PEHL) has noted the content of the Utility Regulator's position paper on the new Phoenix Transmission Licence published on 11 April 2007. Following its review of this paper, PEHL has recently entered into a confidentiality agreement with Northern Ireland Energy Holdings Limited (NIEH). NIEH is currently undertaking its confirmatory due diligence in connection with a potential acquisition of these transmission assets.
