YesPhoenix Energy Services is a member company in the Phoenix Holding Group. From our inception in 2001, we have grown from a 2-employee organisation, to a business that has 54 skilled staff completing around 30,000 jobs per year and also retains a number of sub-contractors for peak workload management. With a turnover of over £2 million and a 20% growth year-on-year, we are now a significant player in the Northern Ireland natural gas market.

In terms of emergency service provision, our parent company Phoenix Natural Gas is required to attend any reported smell of gas to its free phone number within one hour of receipt of the call. A level of service never provided before to the Northern Ireland gas industry, Phoenix Energy Services attend all concerns for safety of this nature within these standards and reassure the customer accordingly. Gas safety is the number one reason for our existence so we give each call the utmost priority on all occasions ensuring our staff are trained and audited to the highest possible levels.

Over the next 12months, we will carry out over 30,000 engineer visits and over 200,000 meter reading activities from our Meter Reading Division. PES currently run a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme for young people interested in a career in the natural gas industry.
