As a user of natural gas central heating you will be aware of the many benefits of this highly efficient, clean and safe fuel. However, problems can and do occur, often at the most inconvenient times without warning.

Breakdown Repair
If you heating system or gas appliance breaks down Phoenix Energy Services offer a breakdown repair service. Our engineers are on call 7 days a week Mon-Fri 08:30am to 8:00pm and Sat/Sun 09:00am to 5:00pm.
Our current rates for breakdown repair are as follows;
- Call out including work up to the first hour £65.00 + Parts (inclusive of VAT)
- Each ½ hour or part thereafter £20.00 (inclusive of VAT)
The boilers that we hold parts for repair are as follows;
Glowworm, Vokera, Worcester, Baxi, Ideal^, Ferroli, Potterton and Ravenheat.
