  4. By registering and entering your details you consent to being contacted by Phoenix Energy Services with information about additional products and services.
  5. Phoenix Energy Services will process your details in full accordance with UK Data Protection legislation.
  6. One entry per household.
  7. No cash alternative will be offered for full or part of the prize value.
  8. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
  9. Entry is not open to employees of Phoenix Energy Services, Phoenix Natural Gas, McNicholas Construction, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

  11. Winners will be required to participate in related publicity and winners agree to allow Phoenix Energy Services to publish their name on the Phoenix Energy Services website (www.phoenixenergyservices.com).
  12. The competition winner will receive a Carbon Monoxide detector alarm worth £45.00 plus free installation by a Phoenix Energy Services qualified engineer, worth £20.00.
  13. Price includes VAT.
  14. Phoenix Energy Services may at its absolute discretion withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
  15. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, incomplete or ineligible will be disqualified.
  16. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
